• The door MUST remain closed at all times when music is playing (respect and peace for our neighbours)
• Do not adjust the speaker volume — it’s set to a specific level to avoid disturbing neighbours
• Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your booking
• Your booking time includes entry, setup and pack down — you must leave exactly on time to avoid extra charges or losing future booking privileges
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
