The space is located in a quiet residential property and must be used respectfully at all times.
• No parties, loud events, or disruptive behaviour
• No smoking anywhere inside the property
• Strictly no additional guests beyond the number confirmed in the booking
• The space must be left in a reasonable condition after use
• Furniture and layout must be returned to original position after the booking
• No shoes on soft furnishings (sofas, beds, etc.)
• Any damage to the property or furnishings will be chargeable
For production bookings:
• Equipment must be handled with care
• No drilling, fixing, or permanent alterations without prior approval
• Setup and pack-down time must be included within the booking hours
Use of the roof terrace must be respectful, with noise kept to a minimum at all times.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
