Check-In Policy
• All guests must present a valid government-issued ID upon arrival
• A £100.00 security deposit is required
Cancellation & Payment Policy
• Full payment (including all selected add-ons) is required at least 30 days prior to the event date
• Cancellations must be made before this deadline to avoid charges

• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the building.

• Venue capacity must not be exceeded at any time.
• Decorations are permitted, provided they do not damage walls, ceilings, furniture, or fixtures.
• Furniture may be rearranged but must be returned to its original layout after use.
• External catering, suppliers, and equipment are allowed only with prior approval from the venue.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Illegal, unsafe, or disruptive activities are strictly prohibited.
• Guests must follow all instructions provided by hotel staff during their booking.
