• Maximum capacity is 16 guests seated
• Venue hire is available from 9am to 9pm at £50 per hour or £500 for full day hire
• Events running after 9pm may incur additional charges depending on the booking
• Food and catering can be arranged through us if required
• External catering may be allowed by prior agreement
• Guests must respect the space and surrounding neighbours
• No excessive noise or loud music
• The venue must be left in a good condition after the event
• Any damages caused during the event may be chargeable
• Decorations are welcome but must not damage walls, furniture or fixtures
• No smoking inside the venue
• Alcohol consumption must be agreed in advance
• Final guest numbers should be confirmed prior to the event
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or end an event if venue rules are not respected
