Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation guidelines:
Standard Cancellation Policy
More than 14 days before the event: Full refund or free rescheduling based on availability.
7 to 14 days before the event: 50% refund or one-time rescheduling (subject to availability).
Less than 7 days before the event: No refund, but rescheduling may be possible with a rebooking fee.
Same-Day & No-Show Policy
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions), we will assess rescheduling or refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Processing
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
