About this space

The Damson is a private dining room in The Residence at Holmes Hotel London, defined by its intimate scale and a private, enclosed setting.

Design: The Damson shows deep plum-painted panelling, plaster cornicing and parquet floors paired with velvet-upholstered chairs and brass light fittings. The room feels compact and composed, with double doors framing a view into the adjoining lounge.

Features: The room provides hotel-standard Wi‑Fi and air conditioning and benefits from natural light. The space is wheelchair accessible and served by accessible toilets and a step‑free guest entrance. The hire is subject to the venue's noise restrictions.

Ideal for: Small groups that want a formal, seated dining experience that can transition into a relaxed, social reception while keeping a private, enclosed feel.

What sets it apart: An in-room PA system and permission to bring an external DJ allow the space to shift from seated dining to a music-led reception.

What guests say: The Damson is polished and welcoming, and staff service is consistently attentive and professional.
