A tall, rectangular studio with high, exposed-joist ceilings, white-painted walls and a raw concrete floor that receives natural daylight. The space provides a neutral, uncluttered backdrop and an open floorplate for set builds.

Room features: On-site lighting rigs and dedicated photo and video equipment support stills and motion capture, and an integrated PA system enables playback and presentation. Built-in soundproofing reduces ambient noise during recording while Wi-Fi and storage assist multi-hour production days.

Best for: Portrait and fashion photography, product and catalogue shoots, and small-scale video interviews or short-form film production.

What sets it apart: A permanent greenscreen installation for chroma-key shoots.
