About this space

No.32 The Old Town is a neighbourhood bar and restaurant that balances relaxed daytime dining with a lively evening bar trade.

Design: The interior combines reclaimed wooden furniture, wide-plank floors and abundant greenery under soft, low-level lighting. The layout pairs an open-plan ground floor with cosy upstairs seating areas finished in muted paint tones and simple framed prints.

Features: The venue centres on a timber-topped public bar and open kitchen and includes a PA system with speaker setup and permission to play own music or hire a DJ. The space also provides a dance area, Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, a step-free guest entrance and accessible toilets.

Ideal for: The space suits mixed-age groups who want relaxed seated dining that can transition into a livelier standing reception.

What sets it apart: A roof terrace provides an elevated outdoor dining and drinks area with views over the Common.

What guests say: The space delivers attentive, accommodating service and generous portion sizes. The venue handles booking changes flexibly and keeps service friendly and responsive.
