The Ocean Suite is the largest room in the ICS Maritime Hub and can hold meetings for up to 70 people theatre style or 50 people boardroom style. The room also has 4 x 75-inch large LED screens to display meeting content or video conferencing. There is also 2 HD cameras for live streaming. The room has natural daylight and a balcony available for use.

About ICS Maritime Hub

The ICS Maritime Hub is a unique events venue based at the global headquarters of the International Chamber of Shipping.
The ICS Maritime Hub has fantastic meeting facilities for up to 70 people, based in the heart of the City of London.

We have 10 meetings spaces available to hire, ranging from a large plenary space for up to 70 people, to smaller boardroom style space for 1 to 12 people. All our rooms have built in AV with video conferencing capabilities ideal for hybrid meetings. The Maritime Hub is centrally located in the City of London with a range of train and tube stations located less than a 10-minute walk away including Fenchurch Street, Liverpool Street & Cannon Street train stations, and Monument and Tower Hill underground stations.

We are a corporate space ideally suited for all day business meetings and have third-party caterers on hand to provide breakfast, lunch and refreshments throughout the day.

ICS Maritime Hub is a Tagvenue Partner. This business has registered with Tagvenue and agreed to our venue partner standards.
