About Porchester Works
Porchester Works offers fitted and furnished office space and meeting room facilities in a converted Victorian warehouse, conveniently located at the intersection of Notting Hill, Bayswater and Paddington.
Across five storeys, Porchester Works has everything from 6 person studios to self-contained floors of bespoke 100 desk office spaces, as well as meeting rooms available to book by the hour, enabling us to cater to your business at all stages – whether an ambitious startup, a growing team or an established entity.
Conveniently located, Porchester Works benefits from fantastic transport links; just a 1 min walk to Royal Oak Station, 8min walk to Bayswater, and 10mins to Queensway or Paddington.
Built by Great Western Railway in 1907, the striking redbrick building served as a ticket printing press before it was completely reimagined, refitted and refurbished in 2023, providing a new workspace that focuses on wellbeing and sustainability.
