The room was spacious and good
The fire alarm went off twice and we were twice evacuated from the building which made it impossible for us to conduct the workshop we had travelled down to deliver. Instructions on working the AV equipment would have been useful

Great room, very spacious, ample tea/coffee/biscuits. Great value overall. Communication was great - instant and thorough responses.
Room slightly darker than displayed - doesn't get much natural light. Also, conference call/video conferencing facilities aren't included by default, and come at a significant cost (and have to be requested ahead of time).
