About this space

Geordies is a Function Room in Hanwell Town Football Club's clubhouse that features a large open-plan bar along one wall.

Design: The interior is informal and practical, with wood-effect flooring, mixed-height seating and metal bistro tables; a decorative wall display of vinyl discs gives the room a club-room character.

Features: The room includes Wi‑Fi and a PA system with ceiling and wall speakers for announcements or background music. The space permits own music and the use of an external DJ subject to the venue's noise restrictions. The room provides step-free guest access, wheelchair-accessible circulation and accessible toilets.

Ideal for: Local supporter groups and community organisations seeking a relaxed, social space for standing receptions or informal seated gatherings.

What guests say: The space is spacious and welcoming, and the staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful on matchdays.

Birthday Party · 120 guests · February 2026

The venue was great for a 40th. We had about 150 guests and it was perfect for that amount of people. The bar was great and the staff were all good on the day. Big space outside with tables too.

The toilets aren’t the best, but understandable for a football club. Had a little trouble with the tv’s when putting up a slideshow, but it was resolved in the end.
