The studio has a wide open layout with grey floors and high white ceilings. Skylights run along the roof. The walls are white brick, keeping it bright and clean. There are a few modern pieces like simple tables, props, and a styling area set up. It works well for shoots, small sets, or creative projects.

Loud speakers / PA systems are not allowed to be brought into the space.
We have a Sonos sound system that has to be used.
Overtime between 10pm and 8am is charged double time.
All items must be delivered and collected on the day of the job, unless arranged with host in advance.
Normal cleaning is included in the hire, any speciality cleaning needed will incur an additional charge.
(extras normally occurs when using soil, sand, talc, glitter, etc.)
Painting of walls and floors not allowed.
Events are priced according to your setup and size.
Events open to the public must end by 9pm.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
