We loved the Sala Room. It was great and epitomised what we as a couple were, classical yet modern! The planning was very up and down, but we ironed things out very quickly with Toloo who was quite attentive as well as accomodating due to needs from some of the guests. The event manager on the day was excellent and I cannot fault her once, her interaction with us was amazing and it was only the first time meeting her on the day. She ensured everything ran smoothly and was honestly a breath of fresh air, making our biggest day one of the smoothest! She helped with all queries we had and accommodated on requests at the very last minute. Unfortunately, we can't remember her name (big day, loads of people and nerves were high) but she was excellent! A massive shout out to the wait staff that were also efficient and attentive!

We held a wedding party for 40 people at Kraft and we were so pleased with the experience. Before the event they really supported us with planning the event, and then on the day the service and food was excellent. We had the downstairs space to ourselves and so could put on our own music and had easy access to the hotel rooms for guests staying over, with step-free access to the venue, toilets and rooms for guests with mobility issues. Would definitely recommend!

I had a small lunch reception in the Princess room with about 50 people. Everything was phenomenal, the communication ahead of time was terrific, the day of help and service, the food was amazing and everyone kept saying how beautiful the room was. I highly recommend it for an intimate yet elegant affair.
The location is perfect as it's right in Hoxton and easy to get to. The venue itself is beautiful with loads of natural light coming in but fairy lights for the evening to create a chilled out ambient. Will was an absolutely amazing host who made sure our wedding day went perfectly and we cannot thank him enough for letting us have our wedding there.
Venue has a great style and character, and we were able to create a really relaxed event there. Loved it! All of the visits and arrangements on the day through the venue manager were well handled and smooth.
Excellent food and great venue for any event. Staff extremely helpful, friendly and laidback. Attended to our guests well.
