About this space

With a maximum capacity of 150 guests, this light-filled, sustainable building is ideal for wedding receptions, children’s parties, corporate events, brand activations & product launches, pop-up markets, wellness & yoga sessions, graduations, and community celebrations, featuring lush gardens, glasshouses, and outdoor spaces

We operate on a dry hire basis, giving you full flexibility, so you’re welcome to bring your own caterers, provided they hold at least a Level 1 Food & Hygiene Certificate (we will require their details in advance). With our main hall, we also offer access to a classroom for workshops or training, the Cactus House for photo opportunities, music performances, or ceremonies, and the Woodland Area for outdoor ceremonies or activities. The on-site Café is available for casual gatherings.

- The Hirer must allow time for setting up and clearing the space within the hours of their booking
- We're an eco-site, so we don't allow single-use plastic!
- Guests must separate their waste properly (general, recycling, and food waste)
- If you're using glitter or confetti, it must be eco-friendly and biodegradable. We don't allow confetti canons.
- The Hirer must do their best to leave the space clean and tidy, with bins emptied on their way out (cleaning supplies and bin bags will be given to you)
- The Hirer must make sure guests are greeted at the entrance and directed to the event space
- No parking is allowed on-site, unless this has been agreed with the Events Manager before the booking starts
- Smoking is only allowed in designated areas
