David was very helpful throughout the booking process, with clear communication and detailed explanations of everything we needed to know before the event. He was responsive, professional, and made the planning process straightforward. On the day itself, Avi was fantastic. He was approachable, understanding, and incredibly helpful whenever any issues or questions arose. Having someone on-site who was so open and willing to assist made a big difference and helped the event run smoothly. The venue worked well for our market, and the Camden location was easy for visitors to reach. WiFi was available, parking access was helpful for unloading, and the team were flexible in helping us prepare for the event beforehand. We held the party at Ester which is one of the other venues operated by the 3Locks Brewery. It was perfect! Great to be able to have inside and outside space and the security did a good job of checking guests in and keeping uninvited people out. The bar staff were great. The cocktails were excellent and they were also good at keeping an eye on anyone who had too much to drink. I would definitely use this venue for a party again!
