There are 3 shooting areas accessible for each booking (note - you get access to all rooms, and no other photographers will be present):

Host rules
Please ensure your clients have a change of clean shoes to ensure our sets remain stain-free. There is a clothing rack with a shoe tray to keep the outdoor clothing organized.
Pets are allowed, however you will be responsible for all messes and damages. A $100 cleaning fee will be applied to remove any pet stains.
If there are any damages to the floor/furniture/equipment, you will be asked to reimburse the cost of the damage quoted separately. If the room is left untidy, you will be charged a $100 cleaning fee.
All garbage must be cleaned and put into garbage bins inside the studio or brought to the garbage bin located outside at the back of the building after your shoot is completed. If there is garbage left behind, you may be charged a $100 cleaning fee.
Moving and using furniture from another room is allowed however you are responsible for putting everything in its original place.
If you need to move furniture, please lift the items and do not drag them. This damages both the floors and furniture legs.
Floors/furniture need to be covered if you are doing a cake smash at the studio.
No open flame/candles allowed.
The equipment provided is to be used with proper care. If the equipment is damaged after use, you will be subject to a replacement fee.
Our studios cannot be used to shoot illegal content including but not limited to pornography..
If a member of your party comes to the studio intoxicated, we reserve the right to ask them to leave the premises without reimbursement.
Smoking (including recreational drugs) is not permitted on studio premises.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
About Studio Bokeh
Photo studio for rent in downtown Aurora. It offers over 1000 sqf of space between three shooting areas, multiple props and plain colour backdrops, all lighting equipment and seasonal setups.
The studio has a private entrance, is not shared with any other photographer during the session for privacy and has plenty of parking spots available.
