I held a birthday event at Taco Taco on a Friday evening with about 35 guests and rented out the front space + the patio. It was enough space for all my guests to sit down, eat and have a dance floor for my DJ! I opted for the buffet catering and added on some extra tacos and it was more than enough food! My guests really enjoyed the food and we even had left overs to take home. Rochelle was extremely helpful answering my questions and helping with the booking. All in all, we all had a great time and I highly recommend this establishment for private events!

Such timing will give you enough time to find the spaces that you like, reach venue managers for individual offers, compare the prices and pick the best option that offers the most in a given price range.

Your Guide to Renting Outdoor Party Venues in Toronto, ON
Creating an inviting outdoor party seating arrangement is essential for ensuring your event is as engaging and comfortable as it is memorable. Here are some tips to optimize your layout for guest interaction and enjoyment, all while soaking in the city's charm:
Crafting the Perfect Outdoor Seating Plan - Strategies for arranging guest seating to facilitate interaction and enjoyment
- Sociable Round Tables: Opt for round tables to encourage inclusivity in conversations. This way, guests can enjoy panoramic views of Toronto's skyline, including the majestic CN Tower, without any obstruction.
- Picnic-Style Relaxation: Consider bench seating arrangements in verdant settings such as Toronto's renowned High Park for a more casual affair. This creates a relaxed, communal vibe, perfect for family-friendly events or casual get-togethers.
- Intimate Lounge Areas: Establish cozy lounge spots with plush seating to allow for more personal conversations. These can be strategically placed to capture the city's essence, whether it's downtown or on the tranquil waterfront.
- Dynamic Seating for Dynamic Views: Tailor your seating plan to the party venue's natural landscape and urban design. Arrange seats to face the center of the event while also allowing easy access to breathtaking city views or serene garden sights.
- Interactive Seating Charts: Consider using a digital or physical interactive seating chart at the entrance, highlighting Toronto's landmarks and integrating them into the theme of your event, guiding guests to their seats with a touch of local flair.
- Maximize Space with Versatility: Utilize modular furniture that can be easily moved or reconfigured as the event unfolds, allowing your guests to form smaller groups or join larger ones as they please.
- Seating with Accessibility in Mind: Ensure that your seating plan accommodates all guests, with accessible options that are considerate of varying needs, like people in wheelchairs or people with clutches so that everyone can enjoy the festivities comfortably.
By implementing these strategies, you'll create a seating plan that promotes engagement and enjoyment and harmonizes with the dynamic backdrop of Toronto. Whether it's a corporate gala, a wedding reception, or a casual soirée, the right seating arrangement can facilitate the perfect blend of social interaction and appreciation for the city's diverse beauty.

Taco taco was really accommodating for my birthday party. The venue was perfect, they set it up how I wanted it and added some fans as there was a heat wave. Communication was always quick and consistent.
XenTegra Canada had a customer event at the Local Public Eatery at Leaside. It was a great event and Jackon and Keanna's team provided excellent service to our guests. Their 2nd floor is a great venue for an event that wants to take advantage of Patio season. Did I mention they have a retractable roof if it rains. Thank you!
Staff was great. Super helpful with planning and night off. Food was delicious. Venue is very beautiful and unique. Big parking lot for those driving. A little far from transit though.
Midtown Gastro Hub team was helpful, worked alongside me and the organization I was inquiring from, and helped us to select food/menu that fit out needs. The venue was open and airy, we had the whole first floor and the patio. The staff was friendly. The food was delicious. The fish tacos and sliders were a big hit. We were a team of 70, and everyone said the service and food was excellent. 100% would return for an event. Location is great for those taking subway, or driving. Thank you Amanda for your help!!
