From the very first class I had with the owner Eddy, to the lovely staff at the bar - my experience hosting my birthday there was so organized and fun from beginning to end! TacoTaco was an amazing bar to host my 21st birthday. I had around 30 guests, and with the standing setup, there was more than enough space to mingle and dance. The bar was stunning and looked even better in person! The sound system was great for playing my Spotify playlist, and everyone could queue songs through the iPad, amazing for the sound and dancing! We had an open cash bar, and I would like to note that their cocktails were around $15–$20 for 2–3 oz of alcohol. However, they also had a wide range of shots that were around $5. Overall, I think the value of the place is worth it, and I would definitely rent it out as a private venue again!

The venue has a very fun atmosphere. It is equipped w lights, awesome sound system, a dj booth, multiple screens! We booked LengKeng for a 50th and the space and staff delivered! We ran photo montage during the night and when we needed to switch videos for a dance number, it was a quick change. They also had the lyrics up on the multiple screens during our karaoke segment. All other times was dedicated to dancing. It was like RPM (for those who know) again! They permitted us time to decorate and bring food and even let us store the cake. The staff was great! Right from the inquiries to the final moments; they appeared very hard working, very attentive, accommodating and thorough- we were able to enjoy the night with their immense help and smiles through their hard work. We wish these group all the best and we hope to have another event and we would totally book with LengKeng again!!! Thanks Tom and crew!

The entire experience, from planning to the very end of the night was exceptional! Liem Was very easy to get in touch with to ask questions along the way. The staff on the day of the event were incredible, easy-going, professional, very good service. The venue is really cool, kind of a dive bar But elevated vibe. They were really open to me bringing in my own flameless Candles and other lighting, the place looked so cool. The value for food and drinks is really, really good. Overall, I can’t say enough great things about this venue and the team!

PROS/LOVES: - The Venue: it was totally cleared out (tables and chairs) for the party. We had a little cocktail reception, the space was a fantastic size for 50-60 people, the colour scheme, cocktail/alcohol display, food presentation, and layout were an absolute knockout!! 10/10 - Outdoor Space: the Muskoka chairs were set up around a fire pit and the patio was set up with additional heaters, it was perfect for a late-November party. - The Food: don't skip on the sandwiches and empanadas!!!! all my guests were floored with how good everything was. - Flexibility: we were allowed to essentially bring in whatever we wanted from decor, to furniture, to outside food. Very flexible on the planning. I couldn't recommend a spot more than Something in the Water!!! Amanda was incredible to work with, really chill and supportive of our plans, timing, etc etc etc! This was such a great experience, and I'd 100% have another event here!

We rented the Moonlight Lounge in the back of Taco Taco for my 60th birthday party, with about 70 guests. It was a fantastic venue, cozy and funky, perfect for drinks and dancing. All our guests raved about the venue and the food. Luan was easy to work with, quick to respond and very accommodating. Our bartender was super friendly and efficient and the drinks were a good price. The Moonlight Lounge was the perfect place for our party!

Luan was communicative, readily available, and went above and beyond simply because she could. Taco Taco was well decorated, clean, and with the catering I ordered there was very little left for me to do as a host by the time I got there. Guests all had a great time and the bartender was willing to help with all little requests that popped up. Would 100% book again.
