Booked Versatile Event Space at Nanda Banquet Hall

Le Banquet Hall is a beautiful venue, and overall the customer service was good. Kudos to Dilpreet, who responded promptly to all my inquiries by both email and phone. However, I was disappointed with some aspects of the food and service. The potatoes were undercooked and not well seasoned, and the fried rice was slightly too salty. My biggest disappointment was that I was promised beef skewers, but beef sausages were served instead. Additionally, although I paid for a waffle station, frozen waffle skewers were provided and simply warmed up rather than freshly made, which I personally did not find appetizing. There were also issues with setup. As per our agreement, the doors were supposed to be opened at 12:00 p.m. for decoration, but my decorator had to wait over two hours due to a photo shoot taking place. Some table linens also had makeup stains and were not changed, and this was not communicated to me in advance. Better transparency and communication would help avoid delays and inconvenience for clients in the future. Overall, the hall itself is very nice, and responses to messages were timely, but there is room for improvement in food quality, execution, and communication.
