Features: The space has an installed PA system and permits guest music or a bring-your-own DJ setup, plus a clear floor area suitable for dancing. Fixed rows and loose chairs are arranged along a central aisle and a small elevated console/performer area sits at one end. The space includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a step-free entrance and wheelchair-accessible facilities, and it operates under a noise restriction.
Ideal for: Small creative groups and community ensembles seeking an intimate, seated performance or a relaxed, social reception will find the space suits informal, performance-led gatherings.

No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the building or near entrances.

Alcohol may be served only with prior approval and in accordance with RSA requirements. No alcohol service is permitted after 8:00 PM unless otherwise agreed.
No open flames, incense, or smoke machines unless pre-approved and risk-assessed by our team.
All music and amplified sound must be kept within reasonable levels and cease by 12:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged.
Decorations must not be affixed to walls or ceilings with tape, nails, or any materials that may damage surfaces.
No glitter, confetti, or loose powders are to be used inside the venue.
Respect the space and equipment — any damage or excessive mess may incur additional charges.
Children under 16 must be supervised at all times.
Venue access is limited to the rooms and time booked — early entry or overtime may incur additional charges.
