The entire venue of The Blacksmith is available for private functions 7 nights a week. The venue seeps elegance from every angle, with a combination of eclectic surfaces, state of the art technology and most importantly; personality.

The Blacksmith is suitable for functions up to 100 patrons, but can also be suited to smaller groups because of the unique layout, and numerous nooks and crannies of seating. The venue also features an outdoor area for drinking and smoking, right in the hustle and bustle of Swan Street.

The Blacksmith opened its doors in September 2019 and is the newest venue to join the Pratt Hospitality Group. Located in the Swan Street entertainment precinct, the original structure dates back to 1924, as McNaughton’s Ironmongers which can still be seen on the existing façade. Everything from the name of the venue, the quirky antique-style décor, the cocktail menu, and even the staff uniforms play on the history of the structure.

The venue has a large focus on quality ingredients to create only the best cocktails, and the cocktail menu is designed to be uncomplicated and simplistic; a paired backlist, paying homage to the old classics.

The entire venue is available for private functions any night of the week, for up to 100 people. The venue will be yours exclusively until 11.30 pm, at which time we will open to the general public.
