About this space
Everything we do, is about helping people live better and more mindful lives. Through our range of accessible and Trauma Sensitive practices we offer our community in Springvale, Victoria Yoga, Beginners Ballet, Hip-Hop Dance, Meditation, Mat and Reformer Pilates.
We do not use incense, hands on adjustments (unless for safety reasons with verbal consent) and we provide chairs & options to suit all ages and body types.
Laugh, wobble, practice and encourage one another to be the happiest we can be.

At our little studio our members are our friends and our family. We host a variety of special events to help build an awesome Yoga community in Springvale.
We like to keep things simple at Downward Duck that’s why we offer three simple packages for our amazing members.
We offer complete flexibility with no lock in contracts and the ability for you to cancel your membership anytime with no fees.
