Should any extra cleaning be required to return the premise to a satisfactory standard, this will be charged to the
client. The venue does not accept responsibility for damage or loss of merchandise left at the venue prior to,
during, or after the function. It is recommended that all client goods be removed from the venue immediately
after the function. In the event of fire, flood damage, industrial dispute or any other unforeseen circumstance that does not enable the event to proceed, the venue and management team will not be held responsible.

After reading many of the previous reviews abt the service I decided to host my 21st birthday at the dooleys bar venue at Monash hotel and WOW. The staff was phenomenal, from the second I stepped in just to view it as one of my venue options to having the staff run me through all their dishes and even letting me taste some of the menu to the big night, the whole experience was somehow so smooth and something that should have been so stressful was completely smooth. A few highlights in the wonderful staff was Anna and Sofia. Their professionalism, genuineness and support was something definitely noticeable. The venue itself was perfectly set up when I got there EXACTLY how I wanted it with all their tiny details perfected. You can tell the amount of work that went into that night from all of those behind the scenes. The food was also to die for, the karage chicken was one of my favourites. The fish balls were fresh and spice and the kebabs were so succulent. There was nothing I would change about my night I would recommend Monash hotel to anyone thinking of having any party whatsoever, moreover anyone thinking of bringing the family for lunch/dinner, the pub or as their accommodation. I cannot speak highly enough of the hotel and will definitely be back!!

This venue is honestly one of the best we have ever seen. The Irish pub theme is super unique and has been done so tastefully. The space also has so many awesome amenities such as 2 pool tables, 2 dart boards, string lights lining the entire ceiling, a huge dance floor as well as a large stage equipped with an awesome sound system, and all the party lights you can think of. Do not be deceived by these photos as they are super outdated! You must go see it in person and you will fall in love with it instantly. Another major bonus is value for money. Their packages are 10 times better than most other venues as well as double the size. Honestly, this place is a hidden gem.
When we made the booking, we were informed that this venue had air conditioning (which was very important to us due to the time of year our event was being held as well as the capacity. However, the air conditioning broke and we were not informed in advance, which was super disappointing considering our event indeed ended up falling on a 37-degree day. They did fill the room full of fans which was appreciated, however, we did not appreciate being kept in the dark about the broken airconditioning unit. We also had another issue with miscommunication when it came to setting up the venue. In our pre-arrangement email with the event coordinator, we stated we did not want any low tables, only high, bar tables. However, when we came to set up, all the low tables had been set up so we had to move them all out of the way ourselves to set up the room as we wanted it.
