Equipment damage or theft. The hirer is responsible for ensuring no equipment in the studio is damaged as a direct result of failure on their part to exercise reasonable care in the use of studio equipment. In the event that the equipment in the studio is damaged or stolen during the use of the studio, the hirer agrees to pay within (30) days, all costs relevant to replacing or repairing such equipment.
