A compact, acoustically treated control room with a low suspended ceiling, carpeted floor and dark walls that deliver tight, controlled sound and no natural daylight; adjustable LED colour lighting provides consistent artificial illumination for production work.

Room features: A production-ready control room provides nearfield studio monitors, a large DAW display, MIDI keyboards and a PA system for playback and cueing; on-site Wi‑Fi and air conditioning support extended sessions and the room is wheelchair accessible with accessible toilets nearby.

Best for: Music production and mixing, songwriting and composition, vocal or instrumental coaching and solo overdub sessions for artists and producers.

All casual hires are supervised.
All ages are allowed in the space. Kids under 15 must have parent/guardian supervision during studio hire.
The center and studio has video surveillance cameras.

Equipment damage or theft. The hirer is responsible for ensuring no equipment in the studio is damaged as a direct result of failure on their part to exercise reasonable care in the use of studio equipment. In the event that the equipment in the studio is damaged or stolen during the use of the studio, the hirer agrees to pay within (30) days, all costs relevant to replacing or repairing such equipment.
