Food and venue were fantastic! Location was great too.
The sound system kept cutting out, one of my gifts (a bottle of cachaça) went missing after staff took it when my guest left it downstairs, and the entry process with the QR code and ID check felt unnecessarily complicated. On top of that, the bartender refused to give me plates and cutlery for the cake, even though it was part of the package. She said I had to pay extra, and after I clarified that it was included, it still took over 30 minutes to get basic paper plates. I expected things to run more smoothly, especially with a paid package, and this experience was a bit disappointing.

Had my 21st party at the venue, everyone was very friendly and all the guests at the party enjoyed themselves on the night. Thank you again to the staff and Jin for helping me plan my birthday celebration here x
Wished I could have gotten the rooftop but the beer garden outdoors was pretty small for my small guests and in future I wished they could expand the outdoors more for it but other than that nothing else negative.
