About this space
Our studio is a versatile space that can host a variety of events, including dance classes, photo shoots, and private parties.
The spacious studio boasts 12 metres wide mirrors on the walls, natural light that floods the room through large, strategically placed glass windows, high ceilings that create an airy atmosphere, enhancing the overall sense of openness. Black painted walls create an ideal ambience for any photos/videos shoots.
It is possible to rent the space for seating receptions, but the renter must provide its own chairs and tables.
For dance classes, the hiring rate is $45 per hour casual one-off hiring, $40 per hour for regular bookings.
Shoots (photo/video) hiring is $50 per hour.
A private party/event hiring is $60 per hour or if hired up to 7 hours then a day rate of $350.
Bond fee of $300 applies and is refunded at the end of your booking if no damage found to the property.

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
