We held my 50th birthday party at Polly Bar private room. It was the best party and all of my guests walked away saying how much fun they had. The staff were so helpful and friendly and Michael so easy to deal with. We will definitely love to book another party there soon.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The venue was beautiful. Drinks were all good and special shoutout to the bartender we had that night, I didn’t get their name but they were very accommodating and helpful with any questions I had with setting up and just general enquires! Lovely guy. Micheal was also very smooth to communicate with up to the day and friendly!

Unfortunately on the day there were slight issues with the rostering done leading to the function room only being able to be used for a portion of the night which I would have appreciated being communicated to me beforehand, but honestly was not that big of an issue due to the main area they have being gorgeous to sit in.

Yes, outside entertainment is welcome.

You can have a bar tab with a set limit, which can be increased and monitored on the night, followed by a cash bar where guests purchase their own drinks. Drink packages are also available.

Yes, if an aux cord of at least 2 metres is used; speakers cannot be brought in. If the team's sound limits are not followed, the equipment will be disconnected.

There are not generally hooks available. Decorations must not include sequins or confetti, and all balloons need to be weighted.

Yes. The Side Bar Function area has seating available as well as standing space for mingling.
