- No loud music after 10 pm Friday - Sunday
- All Bookings include setup and pack down time - please factor this into your hire window
- The Space must be left Clean and Tidy as found. Excessive mess may incur an additional cleaning fee
- No permanent charges are to be made to the studio, e.g. drilling painting, etc.
- Animals are not allowed
- Any Damage to the space or equipment will be the responsibility of the hirer and may be charged accordingly

About Claw Creative

Claw Creative is a 50 sqm venue in Fitzroy, next to the Fitzroy Pools. It functions as a gallery, pop-up space, and content creation hub.

Some of its uses:
exhibitions, brand activations, workshops, private events, and photo shoots.

The open-plan layout with high ceilings, gallery-ready walls, and hanging systems adapts to product launches, art shows, filming, and intimate gatherings.

The space includes kitchenette, private bathrooms, and storage. Available for half-day or full-day.
