- No Smoking in the Building
- Outside Catering is Allowed
- No loud music after 10 pm Friday - Sunday
- All Bookings include setup and pack down time - please factor this into your hire window
- The Space must be left Clean and Tidy as found. Excessive mess may incur an additional cleaning fee
- No permanent charges are to be made to the studio, e.g. drilling painting, etc.
- Animals are not allowed
- Any Damage to the space or equipment will be the responsibility of the hirer and may be charged accordingly
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
