The Details:
• Rate: $40 per hour.
• Tax: Invoices can be arranged (+10% GST).
• Security Deposit: $300 (Fully refundable on the same day after use).
• ID: Valid Driver’s License required.
• Business: Food business registration preferred.
Tenant Requirements:
• Cleaning: The kitchen must be fully cleaned and returned to its original state after use.
• Storage: "Carry-in, carry-out" policy—no fresh ingredients or dry goods can be stored on-site between sessions.
