About this space
Our shared workspace has a relaxed, friendly community vibe. We have all the facilities you would need for a comfortable and productive work day, amongst a fabulous hodgepodge of people.
We currently have three Membership options for our co-working space.
1. Private Desks
Desks are $110 (+ GST) per week, which gives you a standup electronic desk with a chair and storage drawers. You're welcome to make the desk space your own, and bring in whatever feels good for you (monitors, desk supplies, plants, etc.). These are invoiced for a month in advance, which you can stop at the end of the 4 weeks whenever you need.
2. Hot-Desking
The most popular option is our Monthly Unlimited Hot-Desking setup. Members pay per month, which entitles you to unlimited use of the hot-desking space, set up with mounted monitors and laptop stands. You are also given access to all communal areas and meeting room bookings as well. This price is $60 (+GST) per week, for four weeks at a time (you're never locked in beyond that and can hit pause at the end of a month anytime you need).
Alternatively you can drop in for a daily hot-desking visit at $40 (+ GST) for the day.
3. Private Studios
With the recent expansion of our space into the connecting rear warehouse, we now have a variety of sized studios available for those wanting to setup their own space in a private sanctuary.
Lots of social activities for those wanting to join in on the good vibes! Free coffee and tea, copious snacks shared by tenants, plenty of break out / hang zones, a pool table, private meeting room, car park, and cafe out the back. Co Para is our inner-north coworking space with real personality, real community, and everything you need to do your best work.
Prices
Hot Desking Monthly (unlimited) - $60 + GST (per week) - paid monthly.
Personal Desk - $110 + GST - paid monthly (includes stand up electronic desk, seat, storage drawer).
Private Studio - prices vary (6-month membership).
Private Meeting Room (for external bookings) - $40 per hour, Half day hire is $100, Full day hire is $180.
Please note that all tenants have free access to the meeting room. External bookings can be made with a 2 hr limit during business hours (9am - 5pm), or any duration outside of working hours (week nights and weekends).
