About Pattern House By General People

Pattern House By General People is a Tagvenue Partner. This business has registered with Tagvenue and agreed to our venue partner standards.

General People is bringing a new design-led flexible workspace to Kentish Town. Set within Highgate Studios – a converted Victorian warehouse once home to the Sanderson wallpaper factory – Pattern House offers private offices, coworking memberships and bookable meeting rooms designed for businesses from 1–25 desks.

Developed by General Projects, the lively campus combines historical atmosphere and a dedication to nurturing creativity. Members will have access to a landscaped communal courtyard, on-site café, breakout areas, showers and bike storage, plus the wider Highgate Studios community of makers, thinkers and creators.

The location speaks for itself: an 8-minute walk to Kentish Town Station, with excellent connectivity to the rest of London, and no shortage of amenities close by – from Hampstead Heath to Kentish Town's bars, gyms and restaurants.
