Located in Hackney, East London, this Grade II listed Georgian townhouse offers a distinctive setting for photography, filming and creative productions. Spread across four levels, the property retains much of its original character, with period architecture, carefully collected furnishings and interiors that have seen very little modernisation over the years.

The house features large Georgian sash windows, original wooden floorboards, fireplaces, shutters, a balcony and decorative architectural details. South-facing windows at the front bring natural light into the rooms, making the property particularly suitable for fashion editorials, lifestyle photography, portraits, interviews and film productions.

Across the four floors, there are several reception rooms with marble fireplaces, bedrooms, a study, living areas and a dining room featuring an original 1820s range cooker and dresser. The interiors contain an eclectic collection of antiques, original artwork, folk-art furniture, mirrors, contemporary design pieces and natural history curiosities. Furniture and artwork can be moved by arrangement to accommodate different shoot requirements.

Outside, the private garden features mature plants, rose bushes, wisteria, terracotta pots, brick walls, York stone paving and outdoor seating. The property sits just off a leafy London garden square, with additional green space behind the house accessible from the garden.

Previously used for international fashion magazine shoots, independent films, music videos and band promotional photography, the townhouse offers a variety of authentic period interiors and outdoor settings for editorial, commercial and creative projects.
