Hosts were very helpful, kitchen was clean and matched all photos seen in the ad.
No air conditioning or lift access - something which for a film crew can really make a difference. The other issue is electricity, being a film crew we tripped the lights during the afternoon, it wasn’t the hosts fault but the owner of the building has the door that leads to the main switch box under lock and key, and for 2 hours the shoot had to be battery powered - we managed but lighting inconsistencies weren’t something we were expecting to have to deal with.
