Yes, the dry hire package includes chairs, round tables and tablecloths.

Yes. The spaces are offered on a dry-hire basis, allowing external catering, decoration and entertainment; use of external caterers or the hotel kitchen requires a refundable pre-authorisation deposit, with no cooking or frying permitted, the kitchen left clean and all equipment, waste and items removed. External caterers must provide food hygiene, company registration, public liability insurance, food hygiene rating, food business registration, HACCP or food safety management system, and allergen management documentation.

Yes, the IVY Suite and its adjoining reception and lounge area provide excellent flexibility for sponsor activations, registration and networking.

The venue does not have flashing lights for deaf or short-sighted guests, but it can accommodate guests with visual or hearing impairments.

Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.
