This is a private, appointment-only studio set up for focused training. It’s used by endurance athletes and mountaineers preparing for altitude, as well as personal trainers, Pilates and yoga instructors, physical therapists, and people who just want a quiet place to work out. You get the space to yourself — no crowds, no background noise, no waiting for equipment.
It works as a fully equipped private gym and movement space. There’s an incline trainer that goes up to 40%, plus dumbbells, bands, and a simple Pilates or yoga setup. The layout is open and easy to adapt, whether you’re doing uphill conditioning, rehab work, breathwork, or a small class of up to four. The simulated altitude system is professionally managed and only used if arranged in advance — it’s never on by default.
The studio is climate-controlled, with calm lighting and straightforward access by train or car, about 15 minutes north of Manhattan. It’s designed for people who want a serious, distraction-free place to train. No large group classes, no loud music — just a clean, flexible space that lets you focus on the work.
