The studio is a compact room with a standard ceiling height, smooth grey floor and mirrored walls that create reflective surfaces for choreography and movement. The space receives natural light from large windows and has recessed spotlights plus low-level LED strip lighting for controllable interior illumination.
Room features: On-site photo and video equipment enables stills and motion shoots, and an integrated PA speaker system provides audio playback for classes and recordings. The room also provides Wi-Fi and air conditioning to support longer sessions and remote file transfers.
Best for: Fitness and dance shoots, instructor-led workout recordings and small-scale video or stills productions.
What sets it apart: Built-in soundproofing gives acoustic control for recorded audio and noisy rehearsals.

General Use
• Maximum capacity must not exceed the listed limit for the selected layout.
• The space is designed for small, focused gatherings. Large parties or social events are not permitted.
• No amplified music or loud sound systems.
Altitude Environment
• This is a controlled high-altitude simulation space.
• Guests must follow host instructions regarding altitude levels and session duration.
• Individuals with serious cardiovascular, respiratory, or medical conditions should consult a physician before exposure.
• Children under 16 are not permitted in the altitude environment without prior approval.
Food & Beverage
• Light snacks and water permitted.
• No Alcohol or drugs
Cleanliness
• All furniture and equipment must be returned to original position.
• Shoes off for fitness or yoga sessions unless otherwise approved.
• Client is responsible for any damage.
Setup & Breakdown
• Setup and cleanup time must be included within rental hours.
• Any overtime will be billed at the agreed hourly rate.
Filming & Content
• Filming allowed with prior notice.
• Commercial use must be disclosed at time of booking.
