Dreamland Brooklyn is a fourth-floor waterfront venue in DUMBO. The space measures over 2,500 square feet and looks directly onto the Manhattan skyline. Interiors combine industrial elements with warm, modern finishes.
The layout is divided into clear zones. A large open floor supports receptions and group gatherings. Four smaller Renaissance Rooms sit along the water-facing edge. A VIP lounge and a fully equipped kitchen are set apart from the main area. Daylight fills the space during daytime use. In the evening, the skyline becomes the dominant visual.
The venue hosts Brooklyn’s first Black Wall Street Marketplace on select weekends. Outside of these dates, the space is available for private hire. Uses include corporate events, launches, photo shoots, weddings, celebrations, networking events, and cultural programming.
Facilities include flexible seating, multiple power points, climate control, elevator access, and on-site coordination support. Transport links are close, with nearby subway access and direct routes into the surrounding neighborhood.
The space supports both seated dinners and standing receptions at different scales, within a contained setting overlooking the water.

Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 3 months from the original date, at no cost.
