Welcome to The Artist House - a unique location, just steps from Manhattan. With high ceilings, historic details, and sumptuous furnishings, our three-story townhouse sits on a quiet block in Mott Haven, five minutes’ walk from the 138th Street & 3rd Ave station. Featuring nine uniquely-styled rooms across three floors (Parlor Floor, Ground Floor, and Top Floor) the house offers an abundance of inspiring spaces for realizing your next project.
Our historic townhouse was built in the 1890s and we've lovingly and painstakingly restored it's original details ourselves to serve as both our home and a creative space for film and photo shoots.

Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
