The interiors mix museum-worthy art—from 1960s–70s New York artists to ancient Egyptian and Pre-Columbian artifacts—with warm, minimalist architecture and mid-century modern furniture. Natural light pours through 11-foot ceilings, highlighting curated spaces like a cozy library, a spa-inspired sauna and steam room, a fully equipped theater, and an airy open kitchen. Outside, a tranquil private garden features a wisteria-covered pergola and custom Cortez steel walls, offering a rare mix of urban privacy and botanical beauty.
The space is ideal for editorial shoots, film screenings, brand activations, and thoughtfully curated private events. Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.
