Step inside this 6,200 sq. ft. Upper West Side townhouse where heritage and modern elegance intertwine. Originally built in 1890 and once a neighborhood synagogue, this three-story brownstone has been reimagined by O’Neill Rose Architects into a serene, design-forward sanctuary.
The interiors mix museum-worthy art—from 1960s–70s New York artists to ancient Egyptian and Pre-Columbian artifacts—with warm, minimalist architecture and mid-century modern furniture. Natural light pours through 11-foot ceilings, highlighting curated spaces like a cozy library, a spa-inspired sauna and steam room, a fully equipped theater, and an airy open kitchen. Outside, a tranquil private garden features a wisteria-covered pergola and custom Cortez steel walls, offering a rare mix of urban privacy and botanical beauty.
The space is ideal for editorial shoots, film screenings, brand activations, and thoughtfully curated private events. With a built-in projector, screening room, and high-speed WiFi, it’s also well-suited for brand presentations and offsites that require both polish and creative inspiration. Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.
