Inside, it’s a mix of mid-century modern furniture, museum-level art (think 60s/70s New York, ancient Egyptian, and Pre-Columbian pieces), and cozy touches everywhere. There’s a library, a sauna and steam room that feel like a spa, a private theater with a projector, and an open kitchen made for hanging out.
Outside? There’s a private garden with a wisteria-covered pergola and custom steel walls—quiet, leafy, and super photogenic.
It’s perfect for photo or video shoots, brand events, screenings, private dinners, or creative offsites. There’s fast WiFi, plenty of space to spread out, and all the gear you’d need to present or host. Seating and layout are flexible, depending on your setup.
