Located in Chinatown, our bright and flexible 2,100 sq. ft. studio is the perfect space for a wide range of activities, such as fitness classes, wellness workshops, theater and dance rehearsals, content creation, or intimate events, featuring a parquet dance floor, a mirrored wall, sound system, and plenty of natural light. It also comes fully equipped with yoga mats, resistance bands, and a projector/screen for classes or productions.
It can hold up to 75 people standing, and also features a private balcony, climate control (A/C & heating), two restrooms for convenience, and since it is located at 16 Pell Street, it's just a few minutes away from major subway lines, with local eateries and city energy right outside the door.
