Brooklyn-based corner unit with 12ft. ceilings facing both west and north with two big windows, which leaves the studio basked in bright, natural daylight throughout the day.
If needed, there are black-out curtains to provide you with as much shade as desired.
All rooms are available for shooting.

(there might be other leftover colors in the studio but it isn't guaranteed)
One floor sweep pull and cut flat fee $15
If you would like to purchase a new 9ft roll of any colors, we can have it ready for your studio time for $45 Please note that we need 48 hours' notice and that this will provide you with two-floor sweep pulls and cuts. You do not get to keep the entire roll.

Host rules
Noise must be kept to a respectable volume.
Music should not be able to be heard from the hallways from outside the studio doors.
Any noise generated that would be considered outside of a normal office volume such as live instruments, singing, dance rehearsals, is strictly prohibited. Please coordinate with the studio ahead of time if you feel your booking may generate noise beyond a reasonable volume.
You may extend into overtime if needed (overtime hours are billed at 1.5 rate per hour as the original booking not factoring in any promo codes or discounts used) as long as it does not conflict with a booking after yours.
If you are still shooting and/or wrapping up when your booking ends, this will count as overtime.
The studios must be left the way you found it. All equipment must be put away, with trash brought to the trash bins.
The use of glitter is not allowed.
Rooftop access is strictly prohibited.
Drug use, smoking/vaping of any substance is strictly prohibited anywhere within the building.
Use of smoke/haze machines of any kind is strictly prohibited.
Filming and shooting is only permitted within the studio spaces.
Please do not drag any furniture or heavy objects across the floors. Please ask if you need assistance moving anything.
Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed.
