The space works across productions, fashion shoots, exhibitions, events, rehearsals, workshops, and brand activations, with enough flexibility to handle both creative and large-scale setups.
The building includes passenger and freight elevators, a loading dock for equipment and installations, and an open layout that’s easy to adapt depending on the event. There’s also a large rooftop patio with city views that can be used for events, content shoots, or outdoor sessions.
