The Majic Factory is the perfect venue for film shoots, photo shoots, events, private gatherings, dinner parties, workshops and salons.

The Majic Factory is a 7500sf indoor/outdoor campus in the heart of Echo Park, on Echo Park Lake. The Majic Factory is located in the original Echo Park Clubhouse & Library built in 1908 (Historic Monument 950). Our property features a grand indoor reception hall with an 18' vaulted ceiling, Sapphire Room (Green Room), full kitchen, outdoor patios, recording studio, offices, and a whimsical garden/orchard, including: citrus, avocado, apple, mango, fig and pomegranate trees. And to top it off - plenty of free parking!

Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.
