About Cicchetti
Cicchetti is a Tagvenue Partner. This business has registered with Tagvenue and agreed to our venue partner standards.
Cicchetti is a Venetian bacaro on Howard Avenue in Bed-Stuy: a full service restaurant, wine bar, cocktail bar and jazz bar, where the wine is poured flat at one price and the food is made to be passed around the table. The kitchen runs a full menu, from our signature crostini and charcuterie boards through salads and mains, and the bar is known for its spritzes and its cocktail program.
We opened in March 2026 and built the place around a simple idea, that a good glass and a plate worth sharing should be ordinary rather than an occasion. Edible Brooklyn described us as a Brooklyn wine bar and restaurant built for the neighborhood, with world-class jazz weekly.
Live music is part of what we are. Dr. Antonio Ciacca, formerly programming director at Jazz at Lincoln Center, is our artist in residence, and a live set can be arranged for private events.
For private hire we have two spaces. The Cantina is our private dining room, an Italian cellar one floor below the restaurant, fully enclosed, seating 12 comfortably and up to 18 around a single long table, with its own sound system and a projector. Upstairs, the main dining room can be set aside as a semi-private section for larger parties, or taken as a full buyout, with Mondays the easiest night since the restaurant is otherwise closed.
Private dining menus are built around shared, family style food, adjusted to your group, with drinks from our full bar.
