This early 1900s building, once a bakery and later an artist’s studio, has been transformed by architect Jorge Zapata into a light-filled arts center and private venue. The redesign respects the area’s creative roots while offering generous, modern spaces for events.
With over 7,500 sq. ft. indoors plus a 1,000 sq. ft. terrace, the three floors provide a flexible setting for productions, exhibitions, and gatherings. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of the East River and Manhattan skyline, while exposed beams, skylights, and original columns highlight the building’s industrial character.
