Once a bakery and later an artist’s studio, this early 1900s building has been reimagined by architect Jorge Zapata as a light-filled arts center and private event venue. The redesign honors its creative past while opening up over 7,500 sq. ft. of versatile space plus a 1,000 sq. ft. terrace.
Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the East River and Manhattan skyline, while exposed beams, skylights, and original columns preserve the building’s industrial character.
