Welcome to The Rohe, a 5,000 sq ft industrial-modern venue in the heart of Greenpoint. With a flexible open layout, premium finishes, and striking architecture, this versatile space is ideal for private events, creative productions, wellness retreats, art shows, off-site meetings, brand activations, and nightlife gatherings.
The venue is modular—each 2,500 sq ft wing can be rented independently or together. All furnishings are movable and can be tailored to your event’s needs.

Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.
